Our
property is a large spacious air conditioned villa that has been built
to a high standard. It has been furnished with great care to take advantage
of the Floridian lifestyle.
From
the entrance hall there is a stylish open plan and spacious lounge leading
to a formal dining area. There are large sliding doors to the pool and
patio area. There is also a very comfortable Family room fitted with T.V.,
(including Cable), a DVD & C.D. player.
Adjacent
to the Family room is the Kitchen with breakfast bar and an additional
Breakfast Nook for less formal dining. The Kitchen is fully equipped with
full size cooker, microwave, large fridge-freezer with icemaker, dishwasher
and the usual small appliances such as coffee machine, toaster etc.
The
villa is air-conditioned throughout and also has ceiling fans in all principal
rooms.
There
is a separate utility room which contains the washing machine, tumble
dryer, iron & ironing board etc.
The
four bedrooms are all spacious with large walk-in wardrobes. The two main
bedrooms have double beds, patio doors leading to the pool deck, and both
have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The master bathroom also
has his and her basins and a luxury bath. Two further bedrooms have twin
beds, a shared bathroom which has direct access to the pool area.
Outside
there is a large patio area with illuminated swimming pool which is electrically
heated (if required) during the cooler months. A gas BBQ, loungers and
patio dining table and chairs are provided. The whole patio and pool area
is fully screened against insects and therefore ideal for outdoor living.
